2. Can Krissy Gear accomplish the Distance Triple? Ft Myes Green Wave Junior Kristlin Gear won the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m at the 3A Regional 3 Meet. With the new 2 day State Meet format, the Distance Triple will be common strategy for coaches and individuals to attempt seeing there is so much time built into the schedule having all 4 Classes competing on the same day in succession. The biggest obstacle to seeing the Ditance Triple accomplished in 3A is the depth, especially in the 800m run where UNF Osprey signee, Ft Walton Beach's Brooke Crane cranked out a 2:12.19 to post the fastest time from all the Regional performances.

4. Cachon, Bell and Forbes lead the Boys 400m and assault on sub 47 3 Boys from Regionals dipped down into the 47's with the best yet to come. We can easily see this taking sub 46 to win 3A.
